Labxio Lite operates on an optional subscription model, offering a free trial for new users.
Subscription plans include a 3-day free trial administered by Google Play, which grants temporary access to all Labxio Lite Plus features without charge. If you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, no payment will be collected.
Access to Labxio Lite Plus features — including unlimited lab photo/PDF interpretations without ads and unlimited lab entry interpretations without ads — requires an active paid subscription. Specific pricing is available within the App and is subject to change.
All subscription purchases and payments are processed through the Google Play Store. Labxio Lite does not handle your payment information directly.
You are responsible for managing your subscription through your Google Play Store account. Labxio Lite cannot cancel subscriptions, process refunds, or modify billing details on your behalf. To manage your subscription:
All refunds are handled exclusively by Google Play and are subject to their refund policy. We cannot provide refunds directly. Generally, subscriptions are non-refundable. After cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No full or partial refunds will be issued by us for unused days.

Your privacy is our top priority. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, Labxio Lite does not collect any personal health data. All information you enter is stored locally on your device only.
Because your data is stored locally, Labxio Lite cannot recover it. You are solely responsible for protecting your device and data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device damage, loss, theft, app uninstallation, or a device factory reset.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. LABXIO LITE AND ITS DEVELOPERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LABXIO LITE AND ITS DEVELOPERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including copyrights, trademarks, and all content and algorithms, are owned by Labxio Lite. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, educational use only.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
